From this page you can control you auctions, get an overview of your statistics, open/edit you billing account and leave feedback for users.

Note: If you have registered as a buyer only you need to contact us to become a seller.

View and enter feedback about a user. Always leave feedback after a transaction!

Below is a brief explanation of the different options you have as a seller.

Add an item to the auction
Submit a new item to the auction specifying category, price, quantity, starting date and time, length of auction, and entering a description of the item(s).

Edit a current auction
Edit a currently active or pending auction. Please note that all updates are time and date stamped.

Relist an auction
Relist a previously closed auction. Note that relisted auctions are assigned NEW lot numbers.

List your current auctions
List all auctions submitted by you and their current status.

Open/Edit Billing Account
Please use your VISA or MasterCard to pay penbid by opening a billing account. Your account will be billed monthly, and you will receive monthly invoices by e-mail.

If you don't have a credit card you can pay by check or wire (service charge applies). Please contact accounts@penbid.com for more information.

View auction results and bidding history
View the complete bidding history of one of your closed auctions. Shows top bidders and bid amounts grouped by buyer and closing date.

View your personal statistics
View a statistical representation of your activity as a seller at this site! Total lots places, total sold, etc.

Update your information
Edit your name, address, telephone, organization and payment types accepted, e-mail address, or change your password.

View account activity
View current charges towards your account and current balance due. Amounts owed are billed at the end of each month.

Configure personal shopper (your daily e-mail update)
Select or de-select the categories you would like to receive updates on when new items are added to them on the auction. You will receive a daily e-mail with new items listed in this category.

Through configuring the personal shopper you may activate or in-activate the shopper. Please be sure that the e-mail address currently listed in your personal information is valid.

Receive personal shopper now
Use this option to subscribe to the personal shopper and receive updates on the category of your choice via e-mail.
